Denver experienced serious drought while my hometown of Seattle seemed to be getting wetter. I hoped my Gift of Rain would begin to turn the tides. Thousands of aluminum strips clad with a reflective film come alive triggered by a camera’s flash, a bicyclist’s headlamp, or the light-rail train headlights.
